Temptations surround everyone. It is difficult to avoid temptations when other people participate in them and seem satisfied by them. An Iranian viewer named Sepehr never thought he would succumb to drugs and crime. However, after years of watching others and learning from them, he found his way down a dark path.

Sepehr shared, “I was a fool believing I would never become an addict, but after thirty years, I fell into the bondage of drugs and crimes. I was very tired of everything and all I could think of was suicide.”

For years, Sepehr gave in to the temptations of the drug and crime world. Suddenly, he was caught and could not escape the punishments that waited for him. He said, “I was imprisoned for ten years and my four fingers were cut off because of theft.”

During his dark years in prison, Sepehr found something he never expected to find; he found salvation amongst his pain and suffering. “One day, I had an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ and He saved me from drugs and smuggling. Since I met Christ, with His strength, I’ve not committed any theft or any other crimes,” he said.

When all hope seems lost, and the pain will not subside, it’s never too late to seek salvation through Jesus Christ, just as Sepehr did. “I’m a child of the Lord and live happily. I’ve been clean and sober for the last ten years and five months. Salvation is in Christ.”

Please pray for viewers like Sepehr to seek salvation through Jesus. It is never too late.
