Life is not perfect. There are times of struggle, just as there are times of happiness. As Christians, we are called to turn to God no matter what we are experiencing. Give thanks for the good times and lean on His strength during the challenges.

Teresa, a viewer from Egypt, recently shared with SAT-7 how an unfortunate circumstance in her life kept her from finding peace. Teresa said, “When I was eight years old, a close relative assaulted me. I couldn’t live after that incident. Everyday memories plagued me.”

Even though Teresa tried to forgive the person who assaulted her, she was missing the strength of God. She shared, “I tried to forgive him at first, but I kept failing. One day, while in a meeting, I was praying, and God spoke to me, and I was able to forgive them.”

Finding ways to move on from a traumatic event in life can be challenging. With God’s strength, Teresa has been able to use her experience as a learning tool for her life. Teresa said, “From then on, God has been able to use me more in my ministry and life, and I can live with the assault experience because of God’s strength. He accepts me just as I am!”

Please pray for viewers like Teresa who have been faced with challenges in their lives. Pray that they lean on God and use His strength to be fulfilled.
